Will hold 150 in house. $2,200.00 for a total of six hours. The house is open 2 hrs. prior to booking time and 45 min. afterwards. The gardens are open for rehearsal. A refundable $500 damage deposit is due at booking. Additional hours can be added at $250 per hour.
May supply own wine or Champagne only and use kitchen.

Four rooms available for parties of 70 - 600 seated, up to 1,000 standing. Prices range from $150 to $800 per day. Kitchen facilities per room. Tables and chairs included in room rental. Elks Lodge

Will hold 400 standing. Equipped with a 30' x 30' dance floor. $550. There is a $25 trash fee. A 50% deposit is required. Rental times are 12:00p.m. to 12:00a.m. A $150 fee applies for use of kitchen if appliances are used. Must buy the lodge's alcohol. May use kitchen for Prep.

Fountain City Park Lyon's Club Meeting Hall

Grand Square Ballroom

Holston Hills Country Club

$750 for main ballroom which holds 300+. Additional cost for dining room and patio which hold 150. Club has a 20'x30' tent to place on patio for additional fee. Must purchase alcohol from the club. Huge commercial kitchen available. Tables, chairs and linens included in rental fee.

Ijams Nature Center

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve. The balance is due 14 days prior to an event. A fully equipped kitchen is available. The museum also has tables and chairs available and is included in the rental fee. Renters may provide their own alcohol.

Laurel Theatre

Located on the corner of Laurel Avenue and Sixteenth Street. This historic church can accomodate ceremonies of 150 or less with a reception room downstairs. The main room upstairs may be used as the reception area if the ceremony is held in a different location. Rental is $500. Chairs and a small kitchen are available.

Lily Barn in Townsend

Available for weddings and receptions at $1,800. A 30' x 70' pavilion, lots of grassy area and a gazebo are available. You may bring your own alcohol. There is a kitchen.

Mabry-Hazen House

The Magnolia Manor

This 1815 circa home with a 20' x 30' carriage pavilion and a gazebo is available for weddings and receptions. $2,100 for Saturdays. $1,600 for Sundays. $1,200 Monday through Friday. No alcohol is allowed.

Museum of Appalachia

$400 for all day rental. Not available 2nd weekend in Oct. Will hold 300 sit-down/450 standing. Tents are allowed on grounds. Large bathroom for brides to dress. Kit has only counters and 1 mop sink. 60" round tables, chairs and extras provided. Free parking. Music, dancing and alcohol permitted. Events end at 9:00 PM with 10:00 PM departure.

St. Oliver's Hotel (Market Square Mall)
