#2 Incorporating two different designs, lattice and free form, this cake stacks up with an interesting look.

#3 This cake was designed from a wedding dress. The flower centers can be your choice of colors.

#4 A fondant cake with your choice of colors. A royal icing lace pattern makes this cake an elegant selection.

#5 The daisy cake is a design which has proven itself over time. The center of the daisies may be the color of your choice. This design is common for those brides using spring flowers.

#7 This design has a vertical corduroy type background with a soft wavy swag. The square shape of the cake actually allows for more servings.

In this example, our white wedding cake with lemon supreme icing in the center is decorated with a shell swag. The center of the swag has a Cornelia lace finish.

#12 This decoration is a traditional design. We have showcased this design for over 30 years. The soft swags are topped with the color rosebud of your choice. The cake can be stacked or separated (as shown).

#13 Our Italian cream cake with cream cheese icing is decorated with one of our best selling designs. This contemporary and simple style can also be placed on columns to separate the cake tiers.

#20b Using a leaf tip to form this basket weave design is a new twist for the basket weave. The addition of the fruit is also a new variant to a popular design.

#21 A basket weave design is shown here; however, any decoration can be used for a Bridge cake. The Bridge cake setup is used to increase standard size cakes to serve a maximum of 450 servings. This cake can also accommodate smaller groups by using decorated foam tiers in place of real cake.

#22 White chocolate cake, white chocolate icing and raspberry Chambord filling makes this cake a chocolate lover's dream come true. In this picture the basket weave design is decorated on cake tiers which are positioned in a pedestal arrangement.

#26 Wisteria is used to decorate this cake which is placed on a Lady Windemere stand. The wisteria is colored to match the bride's colors.

#27 This is a butter cream iced cake with a simple but elegant rosebud swag. The rosebuds can be matched to your color choice.

Our cheese cake's custard is blended with sour cream to make a smoother creamier texture. The crust is made of Graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, cinnamon and butter. Whip cream and chocolate shavings top this confectionery delight.

#42 A simple yet elegant design, this carrot cake is placed on a "Tall Tier Stand." The special characteristic of this stand is the supporting columns which separate the tiers through the center of the cake. This feature allows flowers to be placed around the supporting columns making them invisible.

#44 Yogurt coated, malt flavored balls are used in this design to give the illusion of grape clusters.

#45 Wisteria is used once again on this cake. The bride wished to accent the all white cake with colored fresh flowers of her choice. She also decided to choose square tiers.

#47 Cornelli Lace - This design incorporates a light lace look which has a star design with a pearl center that is spaced equally around each tier. This star and pearl addition may be discarded if desired.

#48 Ribbon Fondant - Fondant icing is becoming more popular in the cake industry. Rosa's Catering actually has a thin coat of butter cream icing under the fondant for those guests who do not like the fondant. Any flavor cake may be used with this design.

Groom's Cakes

Groom's cakes are a popular part of southern weddings. The groom's cake brings tradition and an additional cake flavor to the reception. The most common flavor is chocolate. However, a choice can be made from any of our other flavors to suit the groom's taste. The fruit on the groom's cake represents fertility. Flowers are not commonly found on the groom's cake. Flowers are primarily reserved for the bride's cake. Some grooms wish to express their personalities, hobbies or interests with a theme cake. Rosa's Catering can custom design a theme cake for any occasion to match a desired expression.

#29 This chocolate cake with chocolate icing and strawberry filling is decorated like the #12 wedding cake. Garnished with fruit and ivy, the anchors are optional.

#30 This chocolate cake is decorated the same as #13. The groom's cake is garnished with chocolate curls and ivy leaves. This chocolate cake with chocolate icing and raspberry Chambord filling is our most popular design.
