Since 1971, Rosa's has continually provided Knoxville and East TN residents with the best in food and beverage catering, event planning, and wedding cake design. Rosa wouldn't have it any other way.

It all started... in Italy, to be exact. Rosa Nussbaumer's parents came from Sicily in 1913. Being the daughter of native Sicilians, Rosa had a natural appreciation for the culinary arts. She received her degree in Nutrition at the University of Tennessee, and soon after began work in a University of Georgia dairy lab and a Yale pharmacology lab, where she honed her skills on the physical and chemical properties of food.

It wasn't until 1971 that Rosa's husband convinced her to turn her passion for cooking into a business—which she did. With the help of her children, Rosa's Catering Service has grown into one of the largest, most decorated caterers in East Tennessee.

Today, lead by her son Phillip, Rosa's Catering continues to deliver outstanding catering services to Knoxville, TN and beyond. From parties as large as 5,000 people to intimate dinners for two, Rosa's Catering has a proven track record for delivering on our promise—a perfectly catered event.
